We keep up this web site as a service to our customers and by using our site you are agreeing to comply with and be obliged by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully and check regularly for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you shall not review information or obtain goods or products from this site.
1. Acceptance of Agreement.
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined. This Agreement comprise the entire agreement between me, the owner and you, the customer and override all prior or coexistent agreements and understandings with respect to Angie, the content, products or services provided by or through Angie, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on Angiieng.blogspot.com and you should review this Agreement prior to using Angiieng.blogspot.com.
2. Fraud
By confirming your order, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions. Please note that your order can be cancelled without prior notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided or the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated.
3. Backing out
If confirmed orders has been canceled by you, the customer, one day before the deadline, Angie reserves the right to blacklist you. However, we will not put confidential informations such as Contact number or Addresses on the net under the blacklisting program.
4. Payment
Notice that once you have sent and confirmed your order form with Angie, you are to make payment within 2 days. If you could not make your payment within 3 days and you have a valid reason for it, please mail Angie to inform us about the payment. If you do not make your payment within 3 days, we will send you an email to regards to the payment. Email send out to regards to payment if not being replied within 24 hour will be blacklisted. If payment is not made by the deadline, orders will be automatically cancelled.
5. Missing In action
Once upon confirming your order with Angie, you shall make your payment within 3 days. If failed to abide by the terms and condition and went missing in action, you will be blacklisted. If you do not wish to purchase but have confirmed, as long as it did not hit the day before the deadline, you are able to cancel your order without you being blacklisted.
